About me

Hi, I'm Sarah!

I've been conducting choirs for over 15 years. I studied choral conducting and music education in Basel (BA+MA) and continued my studies in Düsseldorf (MA).

Over the years, I’ve worked with amateur choirs, professional ensembles, youth choirs, and singers across classical, contemporary, a cappella, and music theatre projects.

What shaped me most through all of this was realizing that great conducting is all about communication, presence, clarity, and creating an atmosphere where a choir can truly come alive.

As a young woman in a field still largely dominated by men, I also had to find my own way of leading, and that taught me a lot about authentic leadership, confidence, and trust.

The Choral Conductor Lab is built on exactly that:
real experience, practical tools, and a clear path for conductors who want to grow musically and personally.
